Spun Fairy Floss is the brain-child of Genevieve Loxley. Genevieve is an artist that has channelled her creative energy into food. One day Genevieve was wondering why you can't buy passionfruit flavoured fairy floss. 3 years, a lot of experimentation and money, and a determination to "make it happen" has produced over 100 flavours of natural fairy floss, with more on the way.
